Shipping policy

This is a one-woman shop, so please allow me some time to package and ship your order. If you are on an urgent timeline, please email me at gillian@gillianlahav.com and I will do my best to help! 

GTA
I provide free delivery in the Greater Toronto Area. After I receive your order, I will reach out to you at the email address you provided and we can arrange a time to drop off your new art!

Rest of Canada
I offer flat rate shipping across Canada. A signature is required upon delivery, and each shipment is insured for its full value.

USA
I offer flat rate shipping across the continental United States. A signature is required upon delivery, and each shipment is insured for its full value.

International
If you are outside of North America, please email me at gillian@gillianlahav.com before making a purchase. I will be happy to calculate a shipping rate to your location and send you a custom invoice to place your order.

Each country has different import laws; please note that the buyer is responsible for tax + duty fees. If a package is returned because the buyer did not accept the fees, there will be no refund for the product or shipping. I am not liable for late deliveries from the carrier nor are orders delayed in transit eligible for refunds.
